[discuss] Invitation to Vancouver

Hi folks,

As some here have expressed interest in the progress Vancouver
has made with respect Open Data, Open Standards, and Open Source,
I thought I would take this opportunity to invite those with 
an interest in this area, or in advancing a similar agenda in 
their own city/province to attend the OpenWeb 2009 conference
in Vancouver, June 11-12. There will be a workshop session 
with the city's IT manager and some of the best brains in 
the business.
