[discuss] new links 'n' new site

Hi everyone,

I've switched www.linux.ca over to the drupal version now.

Also, there are new links for registering/getting the @linux.ca alias and for
updating the info.  Respectively, they are:

        http://www.linux.ca/cgi-bin/join.cgi
and     http://www.linux.ca/friends/edit.shtml (passwd protected)

Bill, Evan, anyone?  Could you put the links somewhere very noticeable on the
home page?

Now on to the simple URLs...
